The Clean Desk Policy helps to ensure that the confidentiality and integrity of data at our office locations is maintained.
This policy will govern office environments at Catalyst facilities.
- Company computing devices should be inaccessible when users are away from their workspace.
- Office Workspaces should be clear of all media types at the end of a user's workday.
- Whiteboards should be clear of confidential data.
Violations of the policy will be met with corrective action with the possibility of disciplinary action up to, and including, termination.
There are no exceptions to this policy.
